What we supply

Foam Pigs
Open-cell polyurethane foam pigs — the workhorse of pipeline cleaning, drying and dewatering. Light, medium and heavy density, bare swab or coated (criss-cross, silicon-carbide, or wire-brush) for progressively more aggressive cleaning.
Poly / Mandrel Pigs
Solid-cast urethane poly pigs and steel-mandrel pigs fitted with cups and/or discs — for liquids removal, batch separation, product displacement and routine cleaning where a firmer, longer-wearing body is wanted.
Scraper & Brush Pigs
Aggressive cleaning tools — spring-loaded scraper blades and rotary or straight wire brushes that bite into hard scale, mill scale, rust and wax that foam alone won't move.
Cup & Disc Pigs
Steel-mandrel pigs running polyurethane cups and/or guide discs — a rebuildable platform for liquids displacement, batching and cleaning where you want long service and swappable elements.
Spheres
Inflatable and solid urethane spheres for liquids removal, condensate and holdup control, and batching — they roll through the line and handle bends and multi-diameter runs well.
Pig Launchers
Launching traps that load and send pigs into a live or isolated line — supplied as barrels or complete traps with closure, reducer, valves and fittings, in the pressure class and size your system needs.
Pig Receivers
Receiving traps that catch pigs at the end of a run — barrels or complete traps with closure, reducer and drains, matched to the launcher and the line's pressure class and size.
Gauging Pigs
Gauging pigs prove a line is clear and round before you commit tools or product to it — a mandrel pig carrying a thin aluminum gauge plate that deforms if it meets a dent, buckle, or ovality below its diameter.
Combination Pigs
The workhorse mandrel pig — cups to seal and drive, guide discs to center and scrape, and wire brushes to clean, all on one rebuildable body for a seal-guide-clean pass in a single run.
Spare Parts
Rebuildable mandrel and combination pigs are built to keep — replace the wear elements and run again. Cups, discs, wire brushes and gauge plates sized to your pig and line.
Disc Pigs
Mandrel pigs fitted with polyurethane discs — the discs guide and center the pig and scrape the wall. Run discs alone, or combine with cups and brushes for a seal-guide-clean pass. Rebuildable body, swap the discs as they wear.
Conical Cup Pigs
Mandrel pigs fitted with conical (cone-shaped) cups. The cone profile seals harder against the wall and wears longer than a flat cup, which makes them a strong pick for liquids removal, displacement and batching under pressure.
Wafer Pigs
A wafer pig is a solid-cast polyurethane body with a series of sealing discs — wafers — stacked along its length. Those multiple sealing surfaces give a strong, redundant wipe and seal on every pass, and the tough cast urethane holds up run after run.
